About My Higher-Level Team Building Program
Conventional team building programs are often superficial and ineffective. That’s why I developed my higher-level team building program that helps you and your staff connect with each other on a deeper level and build a healthy organization.
Unlike ordinary team building activities, my higher-level program focuses on the skills you need to interact more positively and build healthy workplaces with your employees. My approach is not about playing games or completing challenges, it focuses on learning how to listen to and learn about others in order to interact more effectively.
One of the key components of a higher-level team building program is communication. In my program, participants practice skills that help them communicate effectively with each other, even in difficult situations. They learn how to actively listen to others, without interrupting or assuming they know what the other person is going to say.
My higher-level team building program also shows participants how to listen and empathize, moving past directive communication to a team-based approach that helps people better connect with others. The goal is for people to actually be there for each other, learn about the other person, and communicate more effectively to avoid misunderstandings.
Another important aspect of my program is self-awareness. I help you and your staff reflect on how you communicate with others and consider other people’s experiences rather than what’s going on inside you at any particular moment.
